dialogue and determine your needs and initial SMS II
"solution fit". |

We expand
our free "solution fit analysis" to include an
on-line "tour" of our SMS II software by you, as
well as user interviews conducted by our Product Consultant,
determining detail SMS II solution fit and any custom
tailoring you may need. |
|
|
We report
to you for your review and further input/verification. |
|
|
We submit
a preliminary SMS II cost proposal, including any custom
tailoring, education/implementation consulting costs, and
monthly system access charges based proposed system usage. Your
review, changes, and additions are then welcomed. |
|
|
A final
proposal is submitted and Agreements are hopefully executed.
A mutual, detailed Manufacturing PM II implementation
schedule is then agreed upon. |

Ongoing
site implementation consulting and product education is
always available from Softaire
Computer Services
along with local services
from our local Associate support firm in your area. |
